Similar to the TAPR Digital Communications Conference, they change venues each year, and in 2019 it happened to be very close to me. This is the Friday seminar which is the GNU Radio Workshop. In this episode, the presenter takes us through installing, configuring, and running some practice scenarios in the GNU Radio application on Windows.
