Wouxun’s KG-UV920P Mobile Radio has been very popular among hams for a couple of years now. Their modest price for a full power, dual band radio makes this model very attractive.
The newest version of the radio incorporates the 1.25-meter Amateur Band, making this the first multi-band radio to come out of China to include 220MHz. Several monoband radios currently exist, including the TYT TH-9000 and the Anytone AT-588 radios, but the Wouxun KG-UV920P-A220 has both 2-meters and 220.
